Why Detroit’s greatest daughter would ever neglect her estate planning, and give her children the opportunity to dis-R-E-S-P-E-C-T her wishes, is beyond me. It is particularly troublesome, where she was diagnosed with terminal cancer and had the opportunity to tie up any loose ends. Most people do not get that kind of foresight.
